On July 20th, Los Angeles-based label Strange Neighbor will be releasing a fresh compilation featuring some of the city’s brightest (and often overlooked) talents.A project born out of LA’s restless cross-pollination of future soul, jazz, hip-hop and electronica, Oscillations will feature contributions from the likes of Blu, Georgia Anne Muldrow, MED, mndsgn, and more. Before the big reveal, the DopeHouse got the green light to premiere the project’s first single, “Hard to Breathe,” which finds MED and Jimetta Rose collaborating over banging production from Steve Spacek's former drummer Dizz1.
